Aloha & Welcome to Maui’s First Surf School. Our Paddle Board Lessons are taught on the beaches and waters off of Kalama park. A.K.A. ‘the cove’ in Kihei, Maui. This is a great place to learn to paddleboard, due to the calm water and slow break of the waves with an average year round water temp of 79° — It’s just awesome…

Most lessons are 2 hours in length and include everything you need for the water. As an added bonus paddleboard rental's are discounted thereafter. We also have a professional photographer in the water with you to capture the proof of your new paddleboarding skills. Photo's ready before you dry!

Most of our classes are scheduled at 8am & again at 10:15 am in the mornings. Each day except Sunday. You DO need to reserve your spot in advance. In Hawaii, we can have strong tradewinds in the afternoons, limiting our paddleboarding to mornings. Best time to paddleboard in Maui is early morning... Smooth water & beautiful skies! We look forward to teaching you soon. Each of our professional instructor's is CPR & First Aid certified, and, of course, the very best on the island.
